The heat exchange areas of the exchanger are clogged.

Clean the heat exchange areas using a chimney brush. This will increase the output.

The fireplace stove is not operated at sufficient output. The energy saving mode is set (air regulators are partially closed).

Increase stove output by using the recommend amount of fuel and opening the air regulators.

Water pressure in the system is too low (or not enough water).

Check the water pressure (and amount of water) and adjust the pressure in the system (add water) as required.
